Services
ToolMintz sells social media account packages and provides software development services: custom WordPress plugins and Android & iOS mobile apps. Specifications, price and timeline are confirmed for each project before work starts.
Orders and payment
Social account packages are ordered through the website checkout. You can check out as a guest with your name, email and phone number; an account is created for you automatically so you can follow the order later.
- Prices are listed in USD per piece. Some packages have a minimum order quantity.
- Payment is made in cryptocurrency to the wallet address shown at checkout. The amount in the chosen coin is calculated from the USD total at the current rate, plus any network or gateway charge displayed before you place the order.
- After sending the payment, you enter the transaction ID (hash). We verify the transfer manually; the order stays Pending until it is confirmed.
- An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if a package becomes unavailable or the payment cannot be verified.
- Coupon codes apply only under their stated conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.
WordPress plugin and mobile app projects are quoted individually. Scope, price, milestones and payment method are agreed in writing before work starts.
Acceptable use and buyer responsibility
Social media platforms have their own terms of use. You are responsible for how you use any account or software delivered to you, and for complying with the terms of each platform and the laws that apply to you.
You agree not to use our products or services for fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation or any unlawful activity.
Delivery
Delivery times shown on each package are estimates that start after payment is confirmed. Account details are sent to the email used at checkout and are visible to you only. Keep them private and change the passwords after delivery. We inform you if a delay is expected.
Intellectual property
Ownership of source code and design for development projects is defined in the project agreement. Until full payment, delivered work remains the property of ToolMintz.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ToolMintz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
